RASC (Guyanese Bauxite)
High Alumina, Low Fe2O3 and very low Alkalies and Alkalin Earths (Low Impurities) Guyanese Bauxite. RASC provides best shelf life for phos-bonded plastics and mortars. Ceramic Ball Milled Flours available – can be substituted for Calcined Alumina in mullite, bauxite and BFA mixes with similar properties.
